Reflections on Helping Creatives Grow Their Business

Right now I’m prepping for later this year (in late 2023) my group program, High-End Alchemy™, to open its doors again.

As I tweak my group program for more greatness and outline my next juicy surprise, some things I'm proud of myself as a coach/person who helps people build their business based on things I've actually done.

- I have always taught creatives how to create brands that stand out, break rules, and fit into the lifestyle they want- not in a ‘'this is the way follow me’' but- '‘this is how to figure it out for what works for you'‘.

- I've always helped creatives raise their prices by FIRST being super intentional with the value they create for others.

- And how to be their magical selves to be truly unique within that experience for others they are trading money for.

- I've always taught to empower creatives in what they are creating for the world vs trying to convince them there is something wrong with them. I never want to place myself as a savior, I am just the guide helping them with blindspots and confidence.

- Booking 5-figure experiences has been my norm for about 5 years now. It's not something I sought to do, it's what naturally happened because I honed in on how I can help people in every detail of the experience.

- And how to be ethical in the sales process. As someone with ADHD and trauma, I've been acutely aware of what makes people (you/clients) feel gross in the sales process (manipulation, tactics, treating your leads like they're just money). So I've never taught these things.

- Lastly, mindset work. It's not buzzwords for me. It's the core of everything I do. I've spent hundreds of hours in certifications to understand what it really is. Abundance thinking and a growth mindset are great starting points.

I've never wavered on that, I've never hopped ships into whatever the trend was at the time. I've never created products to make people dependent on me, and when I was done with that, sell them something else.

I'm proud of that. I really just want creatives to get paid for their skills, the magic they bring into the world, and their unique brains.

And I'm happy I've been able to do that while also staying true to myself while being able to support other people as they change their lives in whatever way they seem fit.

When was the last time you reflected on where you’ve come from and what you’re doing now?

xoxo Steph
